Life can be hard

Do you find that people are becoming more and more intolerant? Of anything? And everything? It seems if you miss expectations by the merest of fractions they will jump down your throat and berate you.

I'm not talking exclusively about office stuff either. The world in general.

A few examples? Phew, where to start. Driving is a good place to begin. How impatient are we all on the road? How many times have you seen a car tear past in a dangerous manner, only to pull up 2 cars back at some lights 2 miles down the road? Maybe thats a bad example but I am trying to get back into my blog after a period of sustained and intense work, both at the office and out of the office.

More tomorrow - I promise!!

Swamped, no time to blog!

Many apologies to those people that were reading my blog but I have been absolutely swamped with all sorts of things of late, that I have not had time to keep up with my site.

I am reading my usual blogs, daily, Bloggerheads, Claires Blog, Blognerregis, Funjunkie, so I am keeping up to speed with what people are blogging.

Thinigs will slow down some after Monday 10 May, so I should be able to pick up the threads again. Just hope people will be keen to come back and read it!!

Take care you lot.

A Heroes return?

Ok, ok, ok, I realise I am not really a hero but you get the gist. Life since returning from London last Monday (19th) seems to have been absolutely mad. Nonetheless, I have finally found time to sit down and put pen to paper............ok, ..........my fingers to the keyboard but you get the drift!

Follow the links below for a more in depth description of how things went. For those of you who can't be bothered - I finished, my time was 5 hours 33 minutes and 13 seconds and I had no injuries. Now doing the Great North Run and London Marathon again next year.

Cheers
